We’ve got two upcoming releases, both available on Friday, February 14 as our Valentine’s Day gift to you! Pear Mary is an all new project available in 500ml bottle and on draft. It’s a blend of sour blond ales aged in oak wine barrels then naturally fermented with juice from Northwest-grown pears and infused with fresh rosemary. Aged for up to 18 months, this refreshing herbal beer offers notes of fresh pear, pine and ginger with a balanced acidity, soft fruit sweetness and champagne-like effervescence. This will be available at our pubs and through our regular distribution network.
Also releasing that day is Kentucky Peach 2019, a new vintage using fruit from 2019. Kentucky Peach is a blend of sour wheat and quad ales aged in bourbon and wine barrels for up to 16 months with fresh, Northwest-grown peaches. This limited project offers flavors of ripe peaches and warm bourbon with hints of oak and a light malt sweetness. This beer will be available only on draft at our pubs and through limited distribution.

Mark your calendars for our annual Sour Fruit Fest, taking place at both pubs from Thursday, Feb. 27 through Sunday, March 1. We’ll have a rotating list of fruited sour beers (both new and vintage), with several headliners to be tapped each day plus a variety of surprise beers. Don’t miss it!
